All the big 3D NAND makers have already switched from floating gate to charge trapping. Basically the same as what you describe but basically the electrons get stuck in a non-conductive region instead of on an insulated gate.
> The grand artificers of the Unseen University—those who insist on calling themselves “makers” despite mostly making trouble—gave up on the old Floating Gate enchantments ages ago. Too fiddly, too explosive, and prone to drifting off when no one was looking. Now they use Charge Trapping. Same idea in principle: coax a few errant lightning-spirits into doing something useful. But instead of perching them on a precariously insulated sigil like nervous pigeons, the wizards now shove the little blighters into a quiet, rubbery pocket of reality where they can’t conduct, escape, or start a small civil war. Everyone agrees it’s much safer, except for the pocket.

Netherlands AND Holland? Isn't that the same place?
Also: Even while ASML steppers are built in Netherlands, there are a lot of other non-photolithography tools needed to build a fab in addition to the ASML tools.
Can you recommend a place to learn more about this? I have been curious about this topic but have struggled to find resources online describing the basic physics of electric flight propulsion.
Weissman score doesn't really have meaning anymore if the input is constrained. For example this website is 200KB as per the network traffic and I can beat it handily with ten-line script to generate every UUID. Or even verbally by just saying "every UUID".
I went to so many LAN parties at friends houses during high-school in the mid 2000s. Without this experience, I doubt I would have pursued electrical engineering and moved to silicon valley.
I think all the units so far are 3 motor (2 motors in rear) and therefore the rear differential lock is probably (planned to be) implemented by software that keeps the two motors in sync instead of with a physical mechanism.
The rear would be a virtual or simulated diff then? Do we know this to be the case or can the driver only lock the mechanical real diff? I can "lock" the center diff in my car but there are two still two other diffs. Do they mean lock in the absolute sense as in a 4x4 or fake lock as in my AWD?
Rivian "licensee" here. So far all updates have required you to press a button (in the car or on the app) to launch the update installer. Not sure how many weeks you can ignore it for as I never tried.
