How is the product development culture at Wipro India? Only heard of them as a outsourcing company, that hired people for very low salaries and subjected them to a lot of corporate politics (in India). Have they improved?
Performance and costs aside, the fact that they suspend your account with Zero reasons given, zero care for the appeal process, and don’t even have a broken archive download process should make everyone question whether they deserve their money or can be a reliable provider or not.
My Claude AI account got suspended with zero response to my appeal request (despite the promise of 10 days) and even their backup download features doesn’t not work!
Let alone getting banned out right with no reason, zero updates after weeks, and not even being able to download your chat history (despite the feature being available (I assume they vibe coded it and it does not work!). My story below;
It's been almost 3 weeks since my Claude account has been suspended with ZERO explanation. They initially gave an appeal review timeline of 10 days which has long passed and again no accountability or even an estimated date.
