Me too. I worked as a CEO for 5 years. and burned out. I am trying to find out the sutable criteria by reading and doing sport. There is a hope still


You're actually lucky that you can still exercise. I burned out so badly that I can't even handle any physical activity anymore. I really hope it gets better.

I'm even thinking about quitting programming altogether. But I love it so much that, at the very least, it'll always be a hobby for me.
