The Mozilla rep who created that thread (not the reporter, to be clear), created https://emudhra.we-have-a-problem.com/, so I suspect that this page is better for general public disclosure.
With that being said, that Bugzilla is the best thread to understand "how the fuck did this happen?"

Right, because they warranted EAC’s Linux offering as insufficient for protecting their titles from cheaters.
The proposed solution from Epic would resolve that.
It’s probably worth noting that the author is decompiling a game that he’s had ~10 years of experience modding. And has been involved in finding vulnerabilities in [0].
They seem to be replacing it with what is essentially desktop Android (and also making it open source, so there should be a ChromeOS Flex alternative even if Google isn't the one running it)

Tried out the first 1000 words in Pangram, and it seemed happy it was human written. Not surprised either, it has been some of the better writing I've seen out of Cloudflare recently.
They do deliberately err on the side of not accusing people of using AI when unsure. I think that's a good decision.
Do you know it was actually AI? I've seen humans imitating AI "it's not X — it's Y" to try to fool it that it correctly guessed was still human. Humans did use those patterns before AI so they're not enough on their own to flag.
