Opus 5-5 seemed like a perfect clone, with others displaying flaws in an initial look. Astra notably created a bunch of surrounding ugly crap to look at.
Yes, Opus 5.5 is the first one that I don't have any notes on. It's just as impressive on other tasks I've given it over the last week. A clear step change.
I was just coming here to say this. I looked at all of them, and Opus 5.5 at high effort seems significantly better than every other clone.
Buffered controls, different pathfinding AI for each ghost, level transitions, etc.
Gpt-5.6 sol high technically completed the assignment as well, but the gaps within the pipes used to construct the maze, the lack of pause when eating a ghost, etc made it feel far less polished.
This feels closer to the quest 3, so maybe consider it a successor in a way? Since meta is moving away from VR gaming, it may end up cannibalizing sales in a "good" way for the company.
Discovered that for myself, business "overhead" was the key.
I ran a high overhead business for 6 years, ran it into the ground, in fact. International Dating Club. Being the alpha male everywhere I traveled in the former USSR didn't turn out to be the financially secure male back in the states.
Then divorce-bankruptcy, ouch.
Finally discovered my calling in a blue collar gig, installing and servicing underwater submersible lake pumps for the uber wealthy living on waterfront property, only 3 major competitors. Lot's of scuba diving. I found I could do almost everything within the business myself, except I did have a day labor guy who would help me out on the major portion of the install for about 6 hrs on one day each job, carrying tanks, pumps, equipment, tools up and down the hillsides. I created and managed the websites, did all the quotes, sales, etc.
In 15 years of hard work, finally made my retirement savings, paid off my house, totally free of debt. Trying to sell the business now.
Now I enjoy training at The Masters swim group for competitions, getting ready to fly to the BVI to dive and sail on the world's largest trimaran.
