hey pudquick. um the reason why it is sending and receiving is because on the previous page (USAGE PAGE), it pings your icloud capacity storage size to the servers (Total Storage/Available). That's why it only increases when you go in and out of the "Cellular Usage" page.

Also that's why it doesnt work when you turn icloud off -- because it doesn't have the storage fields on the USAGE page anymore.
