My Outlander rarely needed repairs and I always plugged it in. The car even complained about me needing to use the gazoline in the tank because it risked getting old in the tank and needed to be replaced. That was a great car. My new EV, a Subaru Solterra is great too though.
I worked in the Swedish office of a multinational for a couple of years and the one experience I had where Swedes were selling a complex multi-million euro project to Germans was one of the most bureaucratically filled initiatives I’ve ever experienced in my life. Not sure if the project ever really took off, but I’m thankful I was able to avoid it beyond the initial week of discussions.
I couldn't believe my eyes when I read that they had hired Elop and was concentrating on Windows phones. I immediately knew that was the end. Unbelievably incompetent by the board.
I think it was actually a good idea. I think they correctly predicted the Android market and saw Windows Phone was a good way to differentiate their phones from everybody else. If you look at the history of Android manufacturers, it was a long slog of brands trading off popularity and hardly making any profit until Samsung eventually became the only mainstream player.
This looks very good but I would like some more features.
1. Extract bitmaps from PDF (without conversion of any sort)
2. Extract typefaces from PDF
3. Convert to SVG
4. Extract and/or Remove Adobe Illustrator part from PDF
5. Convert all text to vector paths
Also, embedded png's and even jpg's can many times be compressed using lossless techniques see what Imageoptim can do for example.
Thanks for the great suggestions! I’ll keep those advanced extraction and vector features in mind, and I’m also looking into enhanced image compression. Really appreciate the support—stay tuned!
