Chris Sacca would sleep very soundly tonight.

Jokes aside, I think Jack is the man for the job. He has proven capable in square. I hope he does the same with Twitter. The company needs to take advantages of the huge market share it has.

I disagree. He's proven capable as a fundraiser at Square. Square is far from a success, thus far. That being said, I'm not sure anyone could have made Square a success from the P&L perspective--the payments space is just damn crowded.

I'm still not sold on the idea of using Dropbox and Git on the same folder. Would anyone mind explaining the benefits of having such setup?

Anyone sending to localhost (the IP of the machine running this) would have access to said command line, and can do as they please.

Could someone shine some light on why the U.S. is not following such rule? I can't see that many downsides to it, IMHO.

It seems like Microsoft is still staying quiet about this. They need to start declaring were they are going with all those privacy-related concerns.

Sure, it might be the case that some employees are having the time of their life and enjoying their jobs. However, all that talk about the sweatshop work conditions of Amazon employees can't be all hearsay. To the very least, Jeff should act and investigate the issue instead of completely refuting it.

IMO, investigating the issue and acting upon it is a better move for Amazon's employees and PR.

I'm asking because I wanted to expand the sites that I visit daily. More specifically, I want more sites that have good articles about software dev/current tech.

I found it hilarious that they didn't even bother writing a description for Healthcare.gov.

You are the third post to remark on this without adding any further value too the discussion, in a thread of just 11 comments, surely you could have read through them all before posting this?

I love the idea. I see it become a huge success in highly populated cities (e.g. New York).

I'd have much preferred an honest and evidence-driven response instead of a sarcastic one. This kind of attitude won't help your cause, nor your startups, get the good kind of traction at all. Some food for thought.

Good luck!
