We're mostly focused on people who can dive in and start delivering, and helping agencies deliver, better. We help each other improve, but it depends on what you mean when you describe yourself as "junior."
We are technically separate from USDS, but we're in close cooperation and constant communication with regard to overall strategy, hiring, technical and cultural techniques, and seriously watch out for those guys at Board Game Night. Basically we're BFFs.
Nothing wrong with staying hungry in his professional life. At his age, no matter how successful you are, you should always try to reach the next level. As long as he is happy with other parts of his life i.e family. Nobody should be satisfied with their career/life at age 25 but he has the luxury to balance it with what his household income is at the moment.
