Three bigger issues I think is short time rentals; like Airbnb and the like, lowering the available housing for the rest of the population.

Regulation on the amount of holiday rentals would aliviate some of the pressure on the market.

Taxation on empty apartments, second house and higher as more properties a single entity can have.

Housing should be seeing as a social right and not as an investment. Law should reflect that

"rights" are burdens on others.

Why should I be forced to pay for someone else's house?

How would you force the tenent to maintain it?

How would you control them to maintain the peace? The homeless in my family are so because they are too dangerous to have in any of our homes, and apparently that's a fairly common theme. As a social "right", it must be available to all, not just those down on their luck, or whatever virtue is appreciated by the ruling class.

Of course, there may be some places where government housing projects worked splendidly and economically efficiently, but that is surely the exception.

By this I understand that all communication needs to be scanned except End To End Encryption where is not "technically feasible"

I have found that after trying a bunch of different setups during the years. Kodi, Plex, etc. I have settled on using: Sonarr[0], Radarr[1] and Lidarr[2]; combined with Jacket[3] and your favorite torrent downloader (I use Deluge). Add the TV Series you follow or movies you want to watch.

This setup downloads everything for me once a movie or episode becomes available to download, and then I only watch content that is already downloaded using VLC. This is pretty good specially if your Internet connection is a bit spotty at times.

I've been using this setup for years now, and I'm pretty happy with it.

It's hardly fair to judge a crypto fund on the last year. They would have had to be spectacularly incompetent to lose money.

Agreed, and sometimes it would have been better to just HOLD instead. But there's plenty of bots with different approaches and risk management. Some do better on side markets or even downturn markets. Some do better on a bull run. Just need to adjust you portfolio accordingly.

I always thought that is something that the Blockchain would be able to solve. Am I too crazy to thing that the stock exchange would work better on a Blockchain?
