We are in planning stages for a new project, with everyone remote, this looks like a great way to keep the project moving forward and help with code review. Any ETA on VS Code availability?
I would imagine they have a big dinner, with drinks etc. Invite all significant others (Candidates and Employers) to make it a kind of "fun" thing. I would be super proud to have my future employers meet my SO. Also, she's a really solid sounding board, and she could point out that the employers are actually "assholes".
I know the feeling. I work with a real asshole, and that in turn has turned me into a asshole. I have to fight it on a daily basis, and it makes me really hate coming into work. I just try to stay positive.
I was going to say, I hope someone got the chance to ride a skateboard on there. I would. We have a few parks outside of Boston. Nothing crazy, but better than nothing.
We actually visited Austin to move there, and found the rents/home pricing so much, that we would have to live in a distant cookie cutter home community. We went with Boston, because of bigger job market. Better public transportation and crappier weather (j/k).
I am actually ok with it. As a house hold, we have one prime account, then we do the prime family share. So now everyone has unlimited storage in the house. Nice.
