Thank you for sharing this. I second your opinion. I think AI is going to end humanity but not the way we think. I think something idiocracy is befitting here.
Almost feels like the combination of competitive drives and innate talent of these top performers makes them uniquely suited to being captured/enthralled by AI in a way that those that are slightly less ... competitive, give themselves a chance to be skeptical, slow down, evaluate, etc. But when this happens at societal scales, the results can be ... interesting. Glad I'm not alone. Thanks for writing!
You can use Kubernetes with Kaniko or Docker-in-Docker or rootless Docker for building stuff too. I think that's much cheaper in an org context. The amount of CI we run, we have saved countless dollars.
Set of fat buildkit instances per build shape served on a spot instances autoscaled down to 0 with KEDA and Karpenter is pretty close to as optimal of a setup as one can get
The blog is not AI generated. I typed it out. The website yes. The goal was to keep it clean, I didnt care about what color it was. But then you are seeing it in daytime. It also has a night mode.
Everyone is trying to build a POV on agents, AI and LLM, how it is going impact everyone and indivually. I believe, lack of any baseline for a tech shift like this, people to draw references from theories and anecdotes to build their understanding. Thats all what I am doing.
I imagine the change from oil lamps to electricity was a similar paradigm shift. What do you mean one company controls if I can or can't light my home?
Oh actually I was just expressing my thoughts also - did not mean to imply your blog was not human generated. Maybe my contributions are too snarky and critical as someone else stated. Carry on!
