you’re literally scamming VCs lol

oh no!

Like with everything it’s about moderation; But if we are sold cannabis as a “healthy” alternative to cigarettes obviously something will go wrong. At the end of the day, just like with any other drug, it’s about frequency (times / week), time of use (environmental factor), genetic compatibility (strain genetic and your genetics), and most importantly: how do you feel with your self after. Let’s keep it real most stoners smoke till they can’t feel a thing, and their fingers tremble. No shame, I used to do that, yes, for health reasons, I am an ex-medical user. Over time I understood it’s not for me, and I try to live life with sobriety, while I find my highs and my escapes with other stuff. Books, TV shows, wasting time outside at coffee shops. The biggest kicker no body wants to take seriously is corn content if we are keeping it honest.

went through your posts. you seem grumpy. try going outside of the city for at least a month. it should give you perspective

That's really cool!

Nice, but I'd love to see something more native. Maybe rust written for better performance without using any sort of GPU acceleration to keep the battery running longer on laptops. Even better if we can have a headless setup where you can connect from any computer without using VNC or what's so ever. Probably can also have collaborative sessions and have AI-assisted sessions with a 2nd cursor rendered like in the OpenAI examples weve seen lately.

Yeah, I understand that direction. A more native/headless or Rust-based version could be interesting long term, especially for performance and battery life. For v1 I kept it as a cross-platform desktop app so people can try the workflow without changing their OS setup. But collaborative sessions, remote/headless workspaces, and AI-assisted sessions are definitely in the same general direction as what Cate is trying to explore.

because he is right and he is more for the people than the dumb shit you spew out of your mouth

this is what i was looking for. seems like a truly zero conf alternative to technetium hope it works nice on mac even with docker. can it run as a service? any future integration planned with tailscale? it would be nice to have a pluggable system so this can be used instead of tsdproxy as well. maybe a connection to docker socket is necessary to have a service discovery feature.

actually that is exactly how i am currently running it - dogfooding from my Mac

sudo numa install handles launchd, numa then becomes tailscale's fallback resolver

docker socket service discovery - on the roadmap
