Yes, I noticed more spam last weeks.
Also noticed in the last years, that all important emails goes to the spam folder. Compensated by advertisment emails which always goes to Inbox folder..
Everytime i need some confirmation or some gov email or something what is really important to me it is in Spam folder. What's the purpose of the spam folder?..
Once, by accident we selected wrongly and we get in to the dirty apartments. We moved away to the hotel same day. Fine, all money were returned, except cleaning fee. Which is good, because owner needs cleaning.. or sure.
But that's not the point.. point is that Airbnb forbid me to publish photos from the apartment.. so, next time you see nice looking photos, also keep in mind that content is censored to benefit middleman..
Personally i dont mind about people who believe in god or whatever it is. No intention to hurt anyone feelings.
But for sure would be good stop others telling them not verified news for the centuries. I.e. about life after death or any kind of magic's.. even santa claus story will be out of law..
Good, we will have fast progress from this moment onwards.
Food is real and has physical appearance.. digital object they are virtual. So, you need to develop virtual organisation.. unfortunately don't know how ;)
Think of my question in a more generic terms. Here's another example in the context of software development. Do you have a place in your codebase for all of your controllers, another for all of the models etc? Or do you prefer to have users folder with controllers and models subfolders etc.?
Having all controllers in one place never worked for me. Exception are: models and global services ànd helpers..
All the rest is kind of module grouped. And usually modules are dictated by use cases. Users, transactions, function1, function 2... Dont afraid to copy paste code in multiple places. Once it will mature and you will get clarity on functionality you will make it global or semi global and stop asking where to store it. If you don't know, then likely you need more time to think about it ;)
Of course i admit that always there are situations when you feel sorry for naming it bad.. i.e. db table names.. but thats called expirience.. more years you spent on coding more abstract and proper name you will give to you class, folder, component, table, module and etc..
Maybe someone expirienced with Asus ZenBook Pro Duo? ..
Two screens looks very promising, however im not sure how comfortable is inovative num pad with touchpad. Also the second screen, having in mind that second screen is almost horizontal. Also i noticed that there are no official linux support. Maybe someone tested?
Thanks.
1. Climbing mountains, hiking.
2. Have a goal to learn something new everyday.. thats how i measuring quality of the day.. zero learning = bad day
3. From time to time short term works to earn some money. Usually companies very surprised then i tell them that i prefer short term projects. Shorter = better
3. Learned and tested two diferent frameworks for the web scraping.. nice, interesting what will be our role at the time when one machine prepare information and another machine will consume it..
7. Read 20+ long and detailed wikipedia articles to find out definitions and origins of various terms and subjects
Read anothe hundred or more of posts and newspaper artivles, but i think it was wasting of time, because so many authors writing to get click but not tell something important/interesting.. subjective. I do agree.. problem is that i always hope that maybe at the end i will find some briliant mind or conclusion. so, im reading whole article.. need to change this bad habit..
Not bad week.. but always can be better..;) thing what im missing is - continuity.. but thats probably something what need to fix by myself..;)
...
This werk i also climbed 3 peaks with prominance grater than 1000 meters and elevation 2300-2700m... on commercial side i implemented two small automation improvements. Changes will benefit client company and at the end - myself..
Superb question... It more than decade im searching for a good note taking software or methodology. Tryed hundreds of them.. but no luck.. everything, all possible project and task managers, including personal wiki, web sites, messangers, even established dedicated startup.. but none of solutions was really working. Considering to hire assistant.. human.. ;)
Seriously.. few things becoming clear. Good brain extension or assistant MUST:
1. Record your minds silently.. without noticing him.. thats why basic tools like notepad, markup editors and etc.. usefull.. however best thing i would like to see is device which always listening me and keeping notes.. keeping notes.. constantly. Without disturbing me..
2. This smart device must be able to organize information somehow.. i don't want to mix omlete recipe with important new Angular version features. I don't mind how to organize. It can be hidden from my understanding. Like real human brain. as long as i can extract and reconstruct data, im fine.
3. Obvious next step is utilizing data when you need it.. but if it is well organized in 2nd step.. should not be a problem.. or not? Aaa.. forgot. Once required data piece is found it must be read loud..
So far.. NONE of the solutions i tryed are close to this targets.. there are plenty of complicated solutions.. there are plenty of greedy solutions.. there are plenty of usless solutions.. but none of them helped me to organize hudge amount of personal data we have.
Did i told that it must be open source (doesn't mean i dont want to pay for it) and strictly I MUST own data?.. so..telling.
Ok. If someone is expirienced with good human memory extension techiques or software PLEASE please.. it will so great
im 100% against that commercial project is destroying my night sky.. its like building highway through my yard.. our already overglobalized world will be even more 'globalized' in the hands of few.. w t f..
Not completely. I've seen hard deadlocks on ReaderWriterLockSlim on high thread counts on 8+ core nodes on .Net core (2.1). Literally all threads in a process jammed on spin waits. This is especially frustrating as the concurrent collections sit on top of that steaming pile of crap.
I've learned to walk in the opposite direction of .Net now.
Replying to self as I can't edit this now. Whenever I am critical of the .Net framework or CLR there is a flurry of downvotes suddenly. Goes from 2 to -1. It's almost as if there's someone at MSFT saying "look at this shit" to their colleagues in the office.
Sorry but this was a monumental piece of shit that took us out in production numerous times on classic .Net framework/CLR and I couldn't even get through to someone who gave a shit despite being a gold partner at the time and raising it on Connect. On Core, standard practice is to work around it because any time you open a ticket it gets autoclosed or ignored or just steamrolled (like the telemetry tickets)
I have no choice but to look elsewhere because I know any concerns I raise are ignored. MSFT dug this grave. The company is still the sick old dog it always was. Just a new shiny gown.
Wow do I hate this sort of shallow cynicism... Let me guess: companies are always screwing the customer, politicians are all corrupt, the media is always lying, etc.?
At least verify the testable facts you're relying before assuming bad faith!
The only redeeming quality of your inane comment is how neatly it proves my point.
