The economics of movies, tv etc are changing. If the Warner Bros purchase goes through it will only get worse. The debt load the acquiring company will have will increase pressure on actor paydays. And let’s not forget who is controlling the company. It will be ugly.

Wasabi + rclone works well for me. Previous BB customer.

I had issues with the personal backup product and was told the solution was to create a new account. I moved to Wasabi immediately using rclone.

but what if people managing society are using software to pre-empt trends and keep us perfectly balanced and docile

then, perhaps yes, PE will eventually own everything and we'll pay per view and rent it all back, as long as it's comfortable enough not to bother changing

Often the digital version is more than the dead tree version. Generally, I buy the dead tree versions and download the digital versions for my kindle.
