Has anyone tried polsia? I tried the product but I was far from impressed... even for non-technical folks, they'd probably be better served with lovable/replit + adhoc chats with claude/chatgpt or different services to help with SEO, Marketing, etc. Their traction is impressive though - assuming the numbers are true, my biggest questions are: 1- what is their user retention like; 2- how much revenue has been generated to users through their apps.
I recently developed a free and simple online note taking app focused on speed, functionality and UI. Please share your feedback and let me know which features you would like to see included, I will try to develop them on a daily/weekly basis to improve the product. My goal is to grow my user base and eventually implement a freemium business model to reach my goal of $5k/month in revenue.
Hi, tried the product. You can add a feature like notepad.pw where they generate a unique slug for each user? They even let the use choose their slug if it's available.
Zoom/Meet/Teams feels like work and people usually do the calls on a computer. I want this to feel more informal and on the phone just like when someone calls you on whatsapp. The idea is that everyone on the call that you set up would receive a request to join at the same time.
I don't feel that way at all. Those are all just apps. Remote meetings use them, but that doesn't mean that corporations own the usage of those apps. Frankly, your idea of everyone getting the invite at the same time feels more like a work-related need than a personal need. At work, we want efficiency - everyone shows up, talks, then signs off. For a personal call, being able to come early and stay late sounds far more friendly.
At the end of the day, this is all up to you. If you think there is a need, there are probably others who agree with you. But before you build, ask around to find out how many there are, and if they agree enough to pay money for the things you would build. If not, this will be a weekend project, not a business. (Which is also fine, BTW.)
Could you build it as a friendly wrapper around Zoom/Teams/Whereby.com/BigBlueButton/Teams/Skype etc. to save yourself work?
As a value add, it would be nice to have interoperability between all video calling apps (that's clearly a separate, much harder to build, app), because agreeing on an app is tedious and wastes time.
Write the perfect essay for your MBA application, leveraging successful answers from students who were admitted into top programs worldwide (HBS, Stanford, INSEAD). You will get direct access to a custom-trained GPT that will help you write your application. Either start from scratch or upload your current answers and perfect your essays.
If you're letting an LLM do the work for you, what are you learning? And are you really thinking, or just finding clever shortcuts? Doing that adds no value to you, your MBA, or your future employer.
If you can’t write your own essay for your MBA application, should you really be applying for an MBA?
When I did my MBA there were so many MBA candidates that did not know how to construct a sentence, paragraph or even how to paraphrase research or reference it correctly. It was disgusting. They should not have been allowed in the program.
I have just launched a GPT agent to help MBA applicants write world-class essays. The model was trained using essays from successful candidates who were accepted into top MBA programs, including Harvard, Stanford GSB, and INSEAD – with more to come soon. My goal is to give everyone with amazing backgrounds or stories a fair chance in their applications.
As always, I welcome your feedback. Happy writing!

I believe a text interface can be a lot quicker in many cases where you already know what you want and you don't need to spend time browsing the app (choosing a restaurant, picking what to eat, etc). For social things, this is obviously after you coordinate everything with your friends - it's a lot easier to book the court with one text message than opening an app, finding your club, selecting time, etc.
In regards to the last sentence, 100% - I think this will eventually have to come from one of the big tech
I don’t know your club’s scheduling pressure, but here, we’re trying to find spots on personal calendars that work with the few openings for courts rather than coordinating our schedules and afterwards informing the club when we’ll take a court.
I don’t get the current hype around text (or voice) interfaces. This problem, for example, is much better solved by a calendar interface where everyone including the club can share availability.
If I could choose I’d much rather book by sending a calendar than a text message
