Worse ANC than Sony XM3s or Bose, but the sound is so nice. I tried Bose QC35, bought and returned Sony XM3. For flights, as others have said, bose or sonys (maybe airpods pro?). But for music listening in the office, can't recommend h9i enough.
Kettlebells + running or rowing. You can watch stuff if you do kettlebells and rowing at home (Water Rower rocks). Exercise 5 days a week. It’s hard at first, but after a couple of weeks it’s easy.
Also want to add that form is crucial with rowing. Don’t go all CrossFit and throw your back out. It makes me cringe watching that stuff. If you’re going to row (which is a great compound workout) then please look up videos on form or go to your local rowing club’s learn to row day.
I was lucky in that I grew up with a trained rowing coach as a mother, and both parents national champs in rowing, kayak, and canoe.
I also had one faulty key, it took 14 days to repair. They needed to replace half of the macbook. The whole top body panel with keyboard, batteries, trackpad and whatever else, because everything is glued together. When I got the macbook back, enter key was not working properly, fortunately it started working the next day.
There are couple of software glitches and I'd choose non-TB option if there was any for 15 inch, otherwise it's great laptop.
For sound quality, go for B&O Beoplay h9i.
