They don't seem to be security fixes, but bug fixes. If they are security fixes, they list them differently than they have previously.

None of the changes are marked SECURITY at least. https://nginx.org/en/CHANGES

So, I tried this out. I expected that if I typed it one of the demo commands after installing the integrations it would just bring up a sidebar showing my agents, like in the demo. But instead, Claude had to completely code the plugin itself.

Some documentation and a quick start guide would be greatly appreciated. Maybe I did something wrong....

Anymore on this, I'm upgrading to 8.5.12 now and don't want to still be vulnerable?

Thank you very much.

This needs to be said, and this language cannot be saved.

Some web apps require it still. So that's not an option.

Kind of is though, now that vibe coding actually works and doesn't produce slop. At least if you have $1k or so to burn on Opus 5.5.

Just point Claude at your PHP and ask it to rewrite it in Rust. I know it seemed crazy when Bun did it (and it probably was), but it actually works now. (And please try it before you say "that's what people said 6 months ago" or whatever.)

We use Xenforo, a commercial package. We'd have to rewrite it every time they released an update. That would be quite painful.

I don't quite follow. You'd replace it with an entirely vibe coded version. It looks like a standard phpbb style forum so that would be trivial for Opus 5.5.

How do you keep that vibe coded app up to date with all new discovered vulnerabilities, library dependency updates, and upstream OS changes?

Ask Claude to do that. Well within its capabilities.

I get how this sounds if you haven't used it very recently. There's no way I'd trust Opus 5.0 with that task.

Yes, but the point is how many tokens does that cost and how often do you have to do it? Its all very well saying "All it takes is $1k tokens and you have your own software" but then it is not mentioned how often that needs updating, how much time and how many tokens that will take. Often the maintenance is much more arduous then the initial conception.

Probably a couple of dollars. In reality I'd probably just ask Claude to set up dependabot or something then it's essentially free.

That forum software is around $500/year (if you want your own branding which I assume they do).

To be fair that is more reasonable than I expected, but still... PHP.

Interesting. Anyone else using this?

Most houses have 220-240v sockets for the dryers. Newer homes have one in the garage for electric car chargers.

The other outlets in the house are 110v.

And what is the voltage that enters the house? 240V 3-phase?

The US has a "split-phase" system - two opposite 120 phases off one transformer that get split 50/50 among the breakers in the house. To get 240V outlets, you go across both phases instead of from a phase to neutral, so they add together.

Exactly.

Turns out, not quite.

Oh, so now they are willing to help. Imagine if everyone would have helped from the start.

So the US/Israel starts random wars and everyone else is expected to just automatically join in? Lol.

I understand the AI company boom because I believe they are going to kill entire industries, and vast swaths of human jobs.

The problem I have is, if so many people are out of work, how can the stock market continue to go up. There are going to be huge gains in unemployment, riots in the streets, etc...

Wouldn't that still cause the stock market to crash?

I understand these companies may be some of the only survivors, but if no one can afford to live anymore, what will the value of the stock be?

CA keeps leading the way in all kinds of good categories. Keep it up.

This looks really neat!

Thank you! We've got even more updates planned!

Really cool game. Spent about 30 minutes playing it. Very fun!
