Tahoe running fine on my M3 ultra. The only issue on the studio and the laptop was the initial sluggishness that I ended up attributing to the first spotlight indexing. Nothing new then.

That’s super impressive. I guess that would work for a notification speaker. But for full sound I have doubts about the low frequencies. I would assume you would need a woofer anyway in a home setting.

I have built those for an outdoor space. They work surprisingly well for mids to highs

You could always have a separate speaker for low frequencies. Low frequency sound tends to be perceived with less of a directional component, so if you have nice directionality of the highs and a single source for the lows, that's pretty acceptable. Removing the need to handle highs might make it easier to put together a speaker for the lows in the confines of a modern flat screen.

I gather you haven't started your own business, or did yours start and die repeatedly?

People die all the time, and every year, more people are dying than any prior year in history.

Without context for how many people are born every year, one might read that and conclude that we're about to all die out.

Definitely going to be a smart follower on this one. My accountant pretty much convinced me to let others experiment if they want, on our end we have a peppol compatible system, so we'll enable the feature a few days before it becomes mandatory.

That's nice but it becomes really useful at global OS shortcut level. Those types of shortcuts have been a mainstay of my Alfred setup for a while.

I love Arc but I'd like to see a path to sustainable monetization. I hope it's not another 9.99$ a month subscription on the horizon, though.

I rather take a subscription over ads

If Meta becomes "the Android of AR/VR", i.e. the cheaper, good enough alternative for most people, I'm pretty sure Zuck will be happy with this.

On the other hand, maybe Meta becomes the BlackBerry of AR/VR.

I recommend "to sell is human" by Daniel Pink to anyone unease about starting basic commercial interaction. I have received good feedback so far from those I recommended it to...

Probably an unpopular opinion but the lack of MS365 support prevents me from considering this seriously as I must combine MS and Google calendars.
