I looked at their site briefly and didn't quite see the answer to this, on the bottom of their FAQ (https://www.augur.net/faq/) it says:

Fees on the Augur protocol go directly to the market creator and REP holders who report and dispute outcomes. The Forecast Foundation does not recieve any fees from actions, trades, markets or use on the Augur protocol.

I guess this has to do with them being a decentralized marketplace, which as the article discusses does have some cool perks.

In the USA, PredictIt.org is a site that is also aimed at prediction, but they take a 10% fee on profit, and then a 5% fee on withdrawal. Seemingly a lot more volume on their markets than Augur at the moment, with some of their markets having hundreds of thousands of shares traded, and thousands of comments.

Edit: After I posted I now see that Gibsons77 gave a better and more concise answer to the question

Yea, I keep a mouse on the right and a trackpad on the left. It is a good combination.

I live with a 3D joystick in my left hand and trackball in my right hand. Obviously I do this for 3D cad work. My arms barely move. I go out of my way to avoid the keyboard, even to the point of using the "mouse" for cutting and pasting.

I'm curious: How do you write code for Trello? I didn't realize there was an approach for this

You might want to look at this: https://trello.readme.io/docs/api-introduction

Yeah, as mentioned, Trello's API is pretty expansive.

Also the data they share online due to security bugs

That really does sound insanely great...I need to get to a situation like that.

> Plus the deletion of the SpaceX and Tesla facebook pages, when told over Twitter they existed was pretty funny.

Wait, did Elon not know about them and then just got them deleted upon finding out?

- as part of the whole "Delete Facebook" movement.

Yes!

edit: I should say "apparently!" since I wasn't there myself

I'm in a pillow dilemma right now and have been wondering about this in the back of my mind for weeks - what position do you sleep in?

I prefer the 'savasana' position, I actually find it more confortable without a pillow in this position, I can also be by the sides or any other position, just not for all night long, I found it actually decreased upper back and neck pains after I removed the pillow

I sleep on my side with my head on my arm.

Before going pillowless, I had a buckwheat pillow. It is less cushy and fluffy than standard Western pillows. I believe they are typical in Japan and not hard to find these days. It helped wean me off the giant fluffy Western pillows.

I have respiratory problems. I sleep better without breathing in allergens and dust mites and god knows what from a pillow. Though it did take a bit of time to get used to doing it differently from how I had my whole life.

Very interesting. In the last 2 years I scare-tactic'd myself into seriously restricting my sugar (basically down to what the WHO would recommend for a person like myself) and immediately saw improvements in my skin, and not long after noticed that I don't get sick as often.

As well, I've adopted the practice of avoiding any eating after 7pm.

These two things combined resulted in me going from the 150s down to the 140s, seemingly only losing fat in the process.

All anecdotal but it has been more than enough to convince me that sugar (despite my deep, deep, deep, love for it) is not good for me.

this is so true

Well, sugar does cause inflammation, and the western diet is kind of built on sugar

Thats not true. Western diet is build on processed foods - which includes lots of processed sugars and processed fats together.

Example, I don't see people eating teaspoons of white granulated sugar all day long.

Doughnuts and ice-cream on the other hand...

Yea, that is the first thing I thought of when I saw this. PWAs could be made for this and I think could be awesome
