Would you be open to visa sponsorship at all? I can work in France and Italy in the EU (have residence that lets me work in both countries) but not in Germany at the moment (this might change in about a year or so as I will get EU citizenship). But I have a fairly strong software + ML background and would love to join you.
Legitimate question: how do you expect an ML Engineer to have 10+ years of experience "building large-scale machine learning solutions and ML Ops practices"? ML in its current form (LLMs and modern vision models) only started being widely applied in companies about 5 to 7 years ago.
Are you looking specifically for developers that are seasoned in Rust? I like the potential for impact in this role, and I think I would meet the requirements for the Senior position (Master's degree + almost 6 years in tech now across software engineering, ML engineering and research positions), but my focus is Python and (to a lesser extent) C++. Wouldn't mind learning a new language for a job of course, but I would understand if you want developers who already did projects in the language for a while.
Interesting position for me and would love to apply, but I am currently living way too far from Paris (Japan), even though I can work in France without sponsorship. Would the company consider doing this part of the interview remotely as an exception if I managed to progress to that?
