You are barely scratching the surface! You forgot about positive and negative look ahead and behind, lookaround, backreferences, recursion, inline engine flags settings and probably some other things I forgotten about. PCRE2 compatible regexes are potentially monstrously complex things.
Since we are not at some point in the future where that correct compiler exists and there is only one official compiler, the distinction you make is practically meaningless!
I mean… no? It matters whether something is a part of the language or not, because it matters if you can write code relying on this behavior. Since this is a compiler bug, you cannot - the code will stop compiling the moment the bug is fixed.
There are no known instances of this bug being encountered in the wild, and if you look into it, you will see how extremely unlikely such code is.
Roughly, Vitamine D3 make the body effective at extracting calcium from food and dumping it into the bloodstream; vitamin k2 make it easier for the body to use that calcium. Too D3 without K2 can cause hypercalcemia; K2 make it less likely but there is still a point where too much D3 is too much!
And too much D3 without calcium supplements make the body use the calcium from it's bones !
If you used, you would know. There's something addicting seeing the vertigo inducing progression of that technology.
I am a light user so I don't get the shakes when my monthly azure dev credits run out but I would be susceptible to being addicted to it if I was on a subscription with generous usage allowance and random usage counter resets.
I don't frequently downvote but you deserve one. I cannot see the racial slur, other posters cannot either; you know the story about the boy who cried wolf, you're doing exactly as that boy and therefore you are unhelpful your cause!
