I found the same article on facebook, maybe this is a hoax

I think its a good idea, but it needs a bit more work.

Really interesting way to look at it, I think theirs a generalisation amongst businesses to think that the programmer is just a function rather than an opinion/craft i.e. putting a paper inside a printer, thats it just code.

I don't think this will stop, thats just me being pessimist.
