Been building a open-source technical interview platform. Trying to keep the existing ideas of async coding assessments + live programming interviews, but want to add features for the new interview formats I see of take-home projects + AI coding agent interviews
an open source technical interview platform built for modern interview workflows like takehomes, agent coding sessions, as well as the standard leetcode-style questions.
I am looking to build a platform that allows for real interview workflows like takehomes, agent coding sessions, as well as the standard leetcode-style questions
Pasture takes each signup, enriches it (title, company size, funding, tech stack, and more), and scores it 0-100 against your ICP. Alerts go to Slack with full context. You can also track which channels bring quality vs. junk over time, which has been the most useful part so far.
I built Pasture to help marketing-led and product-led companies figure out their best growth channels and see if the signups they are driving match their desired ICP!
How does it do with gmail signups? Or other personal emails? My guess is the most valuable reason to use this would be identifying signups that are non obvious. The ones Clearbit and Clay and the like struggle with.
- http://sfxengine.com/ $2000 MRR
- https://sparkpod.ai/ $250 MRR
- https://coderscreen.com/ $50 MRR :)
Definitely trying to focus on coderscreen since it has the most durable potential as a project.
