Hi all, sharing this interview my team did with Cedric Chin, the founder of https://commoncog.com/blog, a blog about better business and career decision-making.

In the interview, we explore several big ideas:

- Learning when faced with uncertainty - The problem with frameworks - Rivalry between Generalists vs Specialists - Scaling approaches for learning digitally - The difficulty of developing collective mental models

Let us know what you think!

I've always been curious about what articles my friends, colleagues, and industry leaders are reading.

I wasn't there when Delicious existed, but I got inspired by what they did in the past, a social bookmarking platform, which makes it easy to save links and discover what other people are reading.

I'm trying to bring the idea back to the internet, it's is still in beta, any feedback or ideas are super welcome!

There used to be a site called Stumble Upon that was Social Bookmarks and had a toolbar for Internet Explorer and Netscape. You added friends and hit the randomize button to visit a random site or the submit button to submit a site for your friends to visit. It went out of business because they had a bad business plan that didn't earn enough money.

Thanks, will take a look at it!

Nice, the illustrations look pretty good. I just took a look at the table of contents, it seems to cover a lot of my questions about data analytics for a product guy like me, will spend some time reading this weekend.

Sending to my data team btw, thanks for sharing

Not the same level, Tableau is super strong in visualization, Looker is about Data Modeling, the new language is not that hard, but the most valuable thing is data model and explore

On the product side, another way to say is lacking of vision, strategy and roadmap
