You're welcome. Just listened to the first chapter and the youtube version feels a tad slower than I remember. Perhaps that's just Gibson stoned. Audio versions are on the t0rr3nt sites also
I had 2.5mg of thc every day for ~7 years. I couldn't remember the last dream I had when I quit thc in August. After not sleeping for 2-3 weeks I started having vivid nightmares every night for about a week. I'm still having extremely vivid dreams since, but they're no longer all terrifying. Sleeping better than ever and my anxiety is also better than ever.
I just read your comment after posting mine and it sounds like you've had a similar (but unfortunately opposite!) experience. The vivid dreams stop for me a few weeks after they start. Are your vivid dreams "permanent", or has it only been a short while since you started experiencing them?
I run a 3d printing business, design, manufacturing, CAD/CAM, designed my own marketing materials, website, etc etc from my 8G M2 Macbook Air, never once did I feel like I needed more RAM.
Botany. Install iNaturalist and start researching and tagging stuff. It gets you outside more, gets you excited about places you’ve been 1000 times and gets you wondering what new thing you’ll see next. Start with anything that is flowering. Flowers are the best and easiest way to identify most plants. Seed pod and cones are the next easiest. You’ll be familiar with most of the things you’ve wondered about in a couple weeks or months and hungry for more.
Yes, facetious about keto. Only supplementing with additional salt. Still take a daily multi - otherwise nothing special other than loads of mayo, bacon, cheese, eggs and beef.
Fasting is also an option, usually do that after the holidays or a traveling. Fast for 4 days and im back on pre holiday weight instead of struggling a couple of weeks to loose 3~4 kilos.
