Be prepared to spend 30 - 60 minutes filling out forms and also taking a 'culture fit', 'numerical analysis,' and 'verbal' test.
So far I've spent about 40 minutes applying to 1 job.

I wish I could say it was one of those tests where I learned something even when I failed. Good to see my Masters in CS from Stanford has no value to Ford.
