First of all, I'm not making the decision by myself, but discuss it with my peers before doing so. Second of all, the product owner does not command the product. We all do. At least that's how we see it here and it works out quite well. And we are not wasting time on childish stuff like giving story points to our micro tasks or sprint retros. And of course we care about the business numbers. Or do you think developers are too stupid to realize that this is what counts in the end?
