This isn't a very good article. Why is there no mention of E2 visas? This is a huge category and by far the most useful for people in eligible countries, especially in the tech sector. They even mention E3, but not E2.

They haven't really researched the DV lottery. You chances are not higher with a higher country quota, and there are no fees to enter. If you win, you then have to pay fees to proceed with the application, but if you then fail to get the visa, these fees will not be refunded.
