The free one hasn't been updated in a few years so is not affected by changes to Android 12.

Yes, I use the v6.22.0 Pro version from the Play Store.

I digged a bit deeper and it looks like you're right.

In 6.23.0 it was removed: https://github.com/SimpleMobileTools/Simple-Gallery/releases...

But in 6.23.6 it should be there again: https://github.com/SimpleMobileTools/Simple-Gallery/releases...
