New license is a custom "Ecma license". There looks like to be association with OpenSource license but nothing is really said of the content of it. So someone will have to go read it.
Also, they don't say why they don't use an existing open source license. Probably because of a 'not invented here' syndrome.
After Mozilla fired almost all of its docs team (and all of it's team working on Rust) in order to ensure a CEO pay rise, the quality of MDN and its developer relations has dropped significantly.
