Seriously?

I hope so. There's a serious vacuum when it comes to small, niche investing banks. All the big firms are no longer in that category. Total i-bank market cap has been cut down by billions.

I don't know if the parent is serious, but it is a good idea.

New bank, no risky holdings. Everybody else is in trouble and refusing to lend. It's a great idea.

I am serious and I already discussed this with PG.
