Yeah I also really hate how the company has changed. They changed the office to be all hipster bean bag shit with flexi desks but still expect us to be there most of the time. So we end up trying to concentrate beside cackling marketing chicks or boring finance suits. They don't respect us at all. I hate it. We had our corner before the pandemic and that worked fine but this doesn't. It's like they try to shoehorn a multinational into the mindset of a startup which is not working at all.

I'd have moved already if I could have kept my seniority (meaning the amount of years built up in case I'm fired). I need that as a buffer for the mortgage.
