We are a small high powered start-up created by individuals who worked at the frontier of quantitative finance and trading. We are building the first integrated cryptocurrency execution platform (OEMS), aggregating liquidity across centralized and decentralized venues, monetized through high frequency signals (alphas). We are venture backed by some of the biggest names in crypto and trading, and are looking to add talented individuals to our team. As an early employee, you will have the opportunity to heavily contribute to the design and development of next generation low latency trading systems. Descriptions of roles below:
Software Developer: In this role, you will work on building high throughput, low latency distributed trading and risk management systems in C++. Preferred Skills:
* Experience with financial technology systems and protocols
* Strong systems programming fundamentals : networking, IPC, lock-free programming
* Strong experience with latency sensitive code : performance benchmarking, profiling and program optimization
* Strong experience in C++
Quantitative Researcher: In the role, you will work on building execution alphas to trade across a variety of different venues in the cryptocurrency space. Preferred skills:
* Experience working with high frequency automated trading strategies
* Experience with market microstructure effects, TCA (transaction cost analysis), trading dynamics, and slippage minimization
* Strong programming ability in C++ and Python
* Strong knowledge of statistics and working with large volumes of data
