I find the prospect of NLI to be much simpler and ubiquitous, especially when factoring in voice communication.

"Hey Siri, what's my credit card balance?"

"Your current credit card balance is 40.32"

"Pay the full balance on my credit card using my checking account"

That flow seems much simpler. It's also hands free.
