Not so much, there is plenty of other type of speech that is protected by the first amendment and is illegal in countries that don't have such thing in their constitution. For exemple, in France, saying "Macron is trash" can get you to jail (

Technically
not jail, there's only a fine allowed for the crime of "outrage à personne dépositaire de l'autorité publique" (insulting a public authority figure) and "injure au président de la République" (insulting the president of the republic).
Not great, but not terrible (jail).
