The profile images in the guardian article are hilarious. One of them even still had the 'this person does not exist' text on the generated profile picture.


So the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company CEO is leading the 2023 UN Climate Change Conference. His latest suggestion on fossil fuels is that there is no problem until you burn them, and he suggests that whoever burns them could just capture all of their emissions including carbon dioxide and there would be no problem. If you know anything about chemistry or physics you can understand the thermodynamics implications of that proposal and probably you have some opinion if he meant it in good faith or not. Anyway this kind of trolling has goaded the UN chief to make some intemperate remarks on fossil fuels and their relation to humanity https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=36349855
