Well that's ominous, particularly when living in one of the giant circles of toxicity. I imagine nothing will be done about it though, since the giant circle I live in even makes it the property owner's problem to replace the old, lead water pipes that many have, particularly in the poorer parts of the city, while the city and state themselves thought it good enough to only replace lead pipes on the main lines.
