I have never had to interact with WhatsApp support but recently I had to signup for WhatsApp for Business to contact some clients with my work number (I try to avoid mixing personal and work number) and the number instantly got blocked. For almost no reason it seems. So I tried to reach out to support and it has been weeks to no avail.

But what I found most interesting is that it seems like the the entire support flow is just AI now? No human support by WhatsApp? Any from inside can confirm this?
