Original title wouldn't fit: "He quit heading the Pentagon’s UFO office. Now a report of his has shaken up ufology"
Byline: "Sean Kirkpatrick has faced threats for his work – and a new report concluding no evidence UAPs represented extraterrestrial tech has sent ufology into a tailspin"
It's interesting to look at /u/ufo and the attitude those participants take. One of denial, one of coverup, and another where folk heroes claim that they will release evidence "soon".
And it's always "soon". Soon never comes, of course.
These individuals simply cannot be convinced. They will even go as far as indicating the ATFLIR pod video definitively demonstrates a UFO executing what appear to be physically impossible maneuvers, when from a technical breakdown, the movement seen is due to the ATFLIR pod's gimbal camera on a fixed object while the fighter itself maneuvers against a target that is more or less flying straight and level at a distance, making it look like a tic-tac.
