Nope, 90 days. And Mark, and a bunch of early players, like Eduardo Saverin, GS and others sold during the IPO.


Key word: employees.


Isn't CEO technically still a employee of the company.


Those restrictions are usually not defined in blankets based on role, rather they're written into the stock option agreements at time of grant. Presumably, Zuck and others don't have that clause, at least not on all of their shares.


Technically? Yes. Realistically? He has the power to do a lot of things regular employees can't.
