AI is not made solely of LLMs. We're a member of some projects which uses AI models to monitor health of the marine life for example.
AI is useful, stochastic parrots are not. Knowing the difference is crucial.

They are monitoring the marine life for trends, abnormalities and such. Plus these models are used for better prediction of future events/cycles with greater accuracy with simpler measurements.
