Hot take: Answering "Yes" to the question "Is a hot dog a sandwich" feels like it could be a test for autism; obsession with logically categorizing things, beyond common sense.


This assumes that categorizing a hot dog as a sandwich is logical though.


That statement seriously triggers some people though; we'd walk down the path of "well, if its the bread-connected hinge that differentiates one from the other, then what about subs? Subs are universally sandwiches, so why are hot dogs different?" That's logical; but its also irrelevant as to why we categorize these things in one category versus the other.


Would 63% of people walk down the path of 'is Earth a planet?' I would ask the pluto question, and absolutely nothing would be settled, except for polesters should block every single IPIn this thread, except for the philly cheesesteak guy, he should get a years supply... Of polls.
