There's some 24-hour food joints in SF, but no all-night cafes?

Sparky's is open 24hrs but doesn't have wifi (I believe intentionally).

I'm a little spoiled having lived in NYC directly across the street from a 24/7 Dunkin' Donuts.

There's a happy donuts at 3rd and King st, near the ballpark. It's open 24/7 and serves coffee.
