I understand the main use-case, but wonder if there is another one: distracted, and social media exhausted Tech workers, or distracted writers, ... people who might not want to kill all access entirely but maintain accessibility to selected sources of information (Gutenberg, Wikipedia, anything that is on libgen lol).

Like an offline whitelist of sources you trust not to distract you while you're reading that 1000+ page book.
