I think its strengths already lie where complete accuracy does not matter.

Then there will be the applications in business and administration where accuracy would matter, except that a certain percentage of failure is allowed in the system. Support, and decision making, e.g. in insurance. Those lucky may get a second chance to speak to a real human after a decision against them. The government is going to allow it as long as it saves costs and not too many people are impacted, a certain amount of dissatisfaction is priced into such systems already anyway. Worse for those without means.
