Everyone has an inherent right to free speech and we have only chosen to temporarly not use it to encourage the creation of more useful science and art. If we decide we are no longer getting a fair deal we can choose to excercise our right to free speech again and poof goes your copyright and other imaginary property. Or we can set reasonable limits again so that everyone benefits.
