In the UK Oliver Drage (alleged child pornographer) was convicted and jailed for 16 weeks under RIPA for not disclosing his password.

Yeah, but the British government is famously orweillian, and 16 weeks is a lot less than he wouldhave gotton for child porn (I hope).
