Don't mean to be rude or anything but as a common trend I'd like to try to discourage active use of "DevOps" as a job title.

since everyone has a different opinion on what a "DevOps" actually is, it's much too ambiguous a term for a job title.

Do you mean a developer with operations experience? (common case), or a Infrastructure engineer who can orchestrate/automate and follows an agile methodology?



Fair enough (although, we're far from the only ones using it as a shorthand, and fuller job specs are available in the link). It's more the latter.
